1. Membership Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in any of our membership programs, you agree to pay the specified membership fees as outlined at the time of enrollment. All membership fees are subject to change, and you will be notified of any such changes in advance. Membership fees are non-refundable except as provided in the cancellation and freeze policies.

2. Cancellation and Freeze Policies

Members wishing to cancel their memberships must provide written notice to Evolution Fitness. Cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. Our freeze policy allows for membership freezes due to medical conditions or travel for a maximum of 60 days within a 12-month period. A fee may apply for non-medical freezes.

3. Referral Program

As part of our referral program, members are encouraged to refer friends and family. Rewards for successful referrals are outlined separately and are subject to change at any time.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in any training or fitness activities with Evolution Fitness, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk. Evolution Fitness is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during participation in any of our programs.

5. Health and Safety

You should consult with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. Evolution Fitness is not responsible for assessing individual health risks and cannot offer medical advice.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data you provide to us will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the privacy policy.
